Cobwebs 2

A little variation. See full entry for SWF. Didn’t want to put up a whole bunch of running SWFs visible on the main blog page.

I notice that each curve have diferent alphas.

Which is the proportion for each alpha?

    hugs!

  2. I definitely get more of a “cobwebby” feel in the “Bit-101” text on this demo than the last one. More cool pointless random crap (like making a class for a singleton pattern) =P

    Nice one.

  3. kp says:

the longer the line, the lower the alpha.

  4. Joel says:

You really have a lot of fun with flash. Whoa, I just realized that you wrote one of my favorite books sitting on my desk. No wonder! heh

  5. Paul Mayne says:

Very cool. Are you detecting the coordinates of a font dynamically or did you map these letters out beforehand?

  6. drMikey says:

for my blog i used to have a little swf dealy that accepted a parameter for the file it was directed at, and when the user clicked it loaded that project. that way the blog wouldnt have 100 flash experiments running at the same time, but they were all right there.

When I see stuff like this, I think, “When am I going to learn how to do that?”, because i’ve just started learning about Flash. And I stare, and stare, and stare. And it’s so pretty, and messmerizing… This is better than the first one. More cobweblike.
